Annapurna Base Camp Trekking

The Annapurna Basecamp is the destination of this trekking tour is considered to be a natural amphitheater as it is surrounded all around by the different peaks of Annapurna range namely: Annapurna South, Annapurna 1st, Machhapuchhre and Barashshikhar. Situated at an altitude of 4300m. The Annapurna Basecamp can be reached by passing through the forests of bamboo and rhododendron.

The route to Ghorepani and Annapurna sanctuary starts from Birethanti, and as you trek upward ahead you will encounter on the way the beautiful Gurung villages of Ghandrung, Chhomrong, Dhampus and the rural communities of Modi Khola. In the course of these 14 days long trekking you will observe with enthusiasm the life style of the farmers dedicating to make their lands fertile. Moreover, this trekking route apart from other could also be the destination for nature lovers.

Day 01: Kathmandu arrival (1300m)
Day 02: Kathmandu Valley sightseeing.
DAY 03:  Fly Pokhara (823m/2,700ft) and Trek to Ghandruk (1940m/6360 ft): 6 hrs trek
DAY 04:  Trek Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2170m/7120ft): 5 hrs trek
DAY 05:  Chhomrong to Dovan (2580m/8460ft): 6 hrs trek
DAY 06:  Doban to Deurali (3230m/10,595ft): 4 hrs trek
DAY 07:  Deurali to Machhapuchre Base Camp (3700m/12135ft): 3 - 4 hrs trek
DAY 08:  Machhapuchre Base Camp to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m/13,545ft): 2 - 3 hrs trek
DAY 09:  Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2310m/7575ft): 6 hrs trek
DAY 10 :  Bamboo to New Bridge or Jhinu Dada (1760m/5770 ft): 6 hrs trek
DAY 11:  Jhinu Dada to Naya Pul to Pokhara to Kathmandu: 6 hrs trek, 1 hr drive
DAY 12: Transfer to the International Airport for your final departure
