Overview

Our 100-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Training & Tour in Nepal is a professionally designed program that combines structured yoga education with cultural exploration, spiritual experiences, and the natural beauty of Nepal. It is ideal for practitioners who wish to deepen their personal practice while developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to guide yoga sessions safely and effectively.

The training provides a balanced introduction to traditional and practical aspects of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga-based practices, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, relaxation techniques, teaching methodology, alignment, sequencing, and practical teaching sessions. Participants receive personalized guidance from experienced instructors throughout the program.

Beyond the classroom, guests will experience the unique culture and spirituality of Nepal through visits to ancient temples, monasteries, UNESCO World Heritage sites, and scenic locations. The combination of training and guided tours allows participants to connect the teachings of yoga with Nepal’s living spiritual traditions.
