Overview
The 5-Day Kathmandu Valley Rim Yoga, Meditation & Cultural Ridge Trek by Om Holidays Tour & Trek is a low-altitude Himalayan journey designed for travelers seeking physical wellness, mindfulness, and cultural immersion without the challenges of high mountain elevations.
Departing from the valley floor at Sundarijal, the trail winds through the protected watershed forests of Shivpuri Nagarjun National Park to the mountain ridge of Chisapani. From there, it traverses panoramic balcony trails to the sunrise viewpoint of Nagarkot (2,175 m), continues through pine woods and terraced farmland to the historic Newari town of Dhulikhel, and reaches the Buddhist pilgrimage sanctuary of Namobuddha (Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery). Incorporating daily morning pranayama and yoga, guided sunset meditation, and a visit to the medieval temple town of Panauti, the journey concludes with a complimentary 1-hour Ayurvedic herbal massage upon returning to Kathmandu.
